Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use this website or submit an inquiry to Twinco Electric.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of twincoelectric.org. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Website Purpose

This website provides general information about Twinco Electric and its electrical services. Website content is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation, professional electrical advice about a specific condition, or the terms of a written estimate, proposal, work authorization, or service agreement.

3. Contact Forms, Estimate Requests, and Service Agreements

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, leaving a message, or requesting an estimate does not create an electrician-client, contractor-customer, or other contractual relationship and does not obligate Twinco Electric to accept or perform work.

Any scope of work, pricing, schedule, payment terms, warranties, exclusions, and other service conditions will be stated in the applicable written estimate, proposal, work order, authorization, or agreement. If those documents conflict with these website Terms, the signed service document controls for the electrical work.

4. Electrical Emergencies

The website and planned contact form are not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies. If there is fire, smoke, sparking, a downed power line, electric shock, or an immediate threat to people or property, move to a safe location and contact 911, the fire department, or the electric utility as appropriate. Do not touch damaged electrical equipment or downed lines.

5. Accuracy and Availability

Twinco Electric makes reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and current, but does not guarantee that every description, service area, image, link, price reference, or other item is complete, accurate, or available at all times. Services and website content may change without notice.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the website for lawful, personal, and business-information purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens its systems, impersonate another person, submit false or unlawful requests, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s text, graphics, branding, page designs, and original media are owned by or licensed to Twinco Electric and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use, but may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit site content without permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to or use third-party websites, maps, fonts, hosting, security tools, or other services. Twinco Electric does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

9. Website Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. This website disclaimer does not replace or limit any express warranty contained in a signed agreement for electrical services and does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Limitation of Liability for Website Use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twinco Electric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from access to, inability to use, or reliance on this website. This section applies to website use and does not determine responsibility for electrical work performed under a separate agreement or for liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Applicable Law and Service Documents

These website Terms are governed by applicable law. Any governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, or similar provision in a signed service agreement controls disputes concerning the electrical services covered by that agreement.

12. Changes, Severability, and No Waiver

Twinco Electric may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new updated date. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
